Failing to make full payment to Cribellum for services rendered will result in the suspension of your account and deletion of content as determined appropriate by Cribellum. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

Excessive bandwidth usage - via SMTP mail relay, website access, or other methods may result in server blacklisting, account suspension or account deletion as determined appropriate by Cribellum.

You can update or change your account information by contacting our support. We do not sell or share your information outside of the Cribellum corporate structure; any exceptions are as follows. If necessary, we will provide your information to comply with legal requirements. We may provide your information for payment processing.

Any email solicitation sent from Cribellum servers must be explicitly opt-in to not be considered “Spamming or other Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail”. Reported violations will result a minimum $100 fee.

Termination of services requires 30-day written notification to Cribellum support.

Suspension: Complete restriction of bandwidth. Files on Cribellum servers are not deleted.
Deletion: Complete restriction of bandwidth. Files on Cribellum servers are deleted.
